Seller's Timeline

(1)  Meet with Steven to discuss your home selling goals and agency.

(2)  Agree to list the property and sign the Multiple Listings Contract.   

(3)  Work with Steven to optimize showing your home; advice for repairs, presentation, staging. 

(4)  Implement the Marketing Plan; Photos, Video, Floorplans, Online, Print, Social Media.

(5)  Showings through Open House and private viewings.

(6)  Presentation of offers and negotiation of an accepted contract.

(7)  For Accepted Subject Offers, Steven will provide assistance to the Buyer's Agent to help satisfy subject clauses. Seller's            will allow for inspections, etc. if requested.

(8)  Subjects are successfully removed and the SOLD Sign goes up!

(9)  Select a lawyer or notary to complete closing documents.

(10)  Refer to the Moving Checklist; Arrange for movers, cancel your utilities, forward mail.

(11)  Completion Date - money, documents, and title are exchanged.

(12)  Possession Date - Steven delivers the keys to the Buyers.
